I didn't know where to go when I damaged my wheels on my Ram 1500. I chose Cruising Gold and boy am I glad I did. The technician made them look brand new. I also had my front bumper changed and they did a great job. I'll definitely recommend this place. Everyone is very professional and the facility is clean and roomy. The waiting room is very nice and comfy. Rob a very nice and explained everything.
Went to buy some lug nuts and locks Tuesday. The salesperson inside had an attitude from the start.
I asked to try a lug nut on my wheel to determine length. He followed me out to my truck and as I was talking he turned and walked away. I walked inside behind him asking about locks and he ignored me. I was the only person there. I'll go somewhere else or buy online. Terrible customer service!
Love my rims and tires! Wheels have a larger offset than I led to believe. I was told they would only stick out to my running boards but they stick out well past that. It’s fine, just not my preference. I wish I had gone with 20x9 over the 20x10. Offset is less and they would be where I wanted.
Very informative and they know their stuff! Super nice guys and they take excellent care of you no matter what car. They fixed both rear rims on my car.
Great local custom shop. They do all kinda things, but wheels primarily. Any set of wheels you can find they can set you up with. But plan on waiting a lill bit for install, they are usually booked out a couple weeks.
I called and pretty much did my business over the phone. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she told me of what she thought I would like. She gave me the website and over the phone we looked at them and sure enough it was exactly what I wanted. I made my appointment and dropped my truck off at 8am. I was able to pick my truck up around 2pm and I am very happy with the rims and tires they put on. Service was great and the lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and patient. I have no complaints and very satisfied.
Thank you so much for doing everything to assist us on such short notice with our BMW! Ended up with a cracked rim and they repaired it with limited notice. Awesome place will recommend.
I was referred to Cruisin' Gold by another outstanding local business (Cassell's Garage) and I have to say, wow, I love this place! Walked in and told the staff what I wanted (285/70/17 A/T tires) and they gave me excellent and affordable options. Upon install I found the waiting area to be very comfortable and was grateful to catch the end of Back to the Future 2 on the big screen.
Everything was clean, everyone was friendly. Most importantly, my tires look great on my truck and the mechanics were very careful with my spray-painted wheel covers (they didn't even laugh at me). All in all, I like this place!
